Your First Visit
Your first visit at Vibe is a consultation, and it’s free — no pressure, no obligation, just a clear look at what’s going on and what your options are. If we can see you, we can usually start you the same day, so if you’re ready to move forward, you don’t have to wait weeks to do it.
When you walk in, you’ll be greeted by the same team you talked to when you booked, not a rotating cast of strangers who need your story repeated back to them. Dr. Zegarowski will do a full exam, which may include a scan with our iTero, photos, and X-rays depending on what your case needs. That’s what lets him give you a real, specific answer instead of a generic one.
Once he’s reviewed everything, Dr. Zegarowski sits down with you directly — walks through what he sees, what he’d recommend, and why, and answers whatever you’re wondering about. If treatment makes sense, he’ll lay out your options along with an honest timeline and cost, and give you the space to think it over. Nothing here is designed to rush you into a decision.
If you’re bringing your kid in for their first visit, we loop them into the conversation too, in whatever way fits their age. Kids who understand what’s happening tend to feel a lot better about being here — and that starts on day one.
Financial Info
We want the financial side of treatment to be as easy to understand as everything else here. Before anything starts, our team will walk you through your coverage, what you’ll actually owe, and how you’d like to pay — so nothing about it surprises you once treatment is underway.
Insurance
We’re an in-network provider with Delta Dental, which means we have an established agreement with them that typically means less out-of-pocket cost for you. If your coverage is with a different carrier, we still accept it — we’re happy to work with any insurance plan, in-network or not, and we’ll handle the claims and paperwork on our end so you don’t have to chase it down.

Forms of Payment
We keep payment simple: credit card autopay or cash. Autopay means one less thing to remember once your plan is set, and we’ll walk you through setting it up before treatment begins.
Whatever your situation, our team will sit down with you at your consultation and make sure the financial plan makes as much sense as the treatment plan.
